Well what can I say … the best trick contest last night was absurd.

I’m never sure if these things are meant to reach the grand public or if it’s meant as an “insiders” kinda event.

I was stoked to see that the place was crammed with the O.G. skate scene of old and new … and not so much filled full of St-Sauveur boarding chicks in Volcom gear and Emo cokehead boyfriends. If this event was to bring out the east coast’s best of the best … it sure did.

Park was crammed and skating was totally BEZERKER. I was personally stoked to see some of my old boys like Jay, Faf and Papso Neel and hyped as fuck to see heads like Ri, Sarasin, Boland, Le Chef oups I mean LaSalle, Ti’ P, Big T, Casey, JS,  Balek and more.

I saw at lest 3 video cameras and 2 pro photo set ups there … so mad links and photos to come.

When people heard that they would’n need to go do depaneur runs in that frigid weather … it was smiles all around.

Plus the Carlsberg guys had enuff beer to last till the very end, which is classy as fuck, and the wisdom to recruit Margaux to be the Ice ‘n Beer refill mistress (or maybe they didn’t hire her !?! and the girl just loves cold beer that much, either way <3 <3 <3 ).
